Jasper looked up at her. "Alright?" He asked, that was all he caught. He shook his head. "I'm fine." He said after he began coughing again. "No," He said. "I'm not." He admitted.

~!!~
Caden sat next to her. "What happened?" She asked. "Why did he leave?" She asked.

~!!~
Michi smiled and leaned back against his chest. "Hey." She said softly, closing her eyes. "That's not fair." She said, but she didn't sound like she cared. She fell silent for so long it was like she had fallen asleep. "Would you get mad of I asked what happened to my brother?" She suddenly asked.

~!!~
"Seth!" She cried and pulled the piece out of his hand. She dropped the piece and held his hand close to her chest. "Why did you do that?" She cried.

Robin shook her head. "You can't stay here," She said, her face laced with worry. "You're sick. Come with me," She said, standing up and offering him a hand.
~!!~
Ella shook her head again. "I...I yelled at him," She mumbled into her hands, and Alex blinked in surprise. "And then...then he left."
~!!~
Draven blinked in surprise, and his grip on her tightened slightly. "That depends. Would you get mad if I told you?" He retorted.
~!!~
Seth blinked, pulling himself out of his daze as he looked at his hand. "What?" He asked, then shook his head. "Sorry," he said quietly, gently pulling his hand back as blood dripped to the ground.

Jasper looked at her and took her hand. He had no where to go, so he he stood up, and looked away. He looked back at her. "Along as you don't yell." He said softly, and he let her hand go.

~!!~
Caden closed her eyes and stood up, she walked up to her room and feel on the bed. She cried.

~!!~
Michi placed her hands over his. She sighed. "Do you want to tell me?" She asked, and turned slightly so she could look up at his face.

~!!~
Jordon looked at him. "Seth." She cried. She stood up. "What is bothering you?" She asked.

"Ella, what happened? Why'd you yell at him?" Alex asked quietly, sitting down next to her sister. She shook her head, closing her eyes and didn't answer.
~!!~
Robin blinked. "Why would I yell?" she asked, letting her hand fall back to her side. "Come on. You can stay with me; you're sick, and I won't let you stay here." She pointed down the street. "My house is right down there, so it's a short walk. Think you can make it?" she asked, looking back at him and frowning slightly.
~!!~
Draven's face was impassive, but instead of answering, he leaned down and kissed her lightly on the lips, hoping to make her forget the question.
~!!~
Seth shook his head. "It's nothing," He said quietly, closing his bleeding hand into a fist. "It's nothing."

"Yeah." He said. "I think I can." He said quietly. He took her arm. "You'll have to help." He said as he looked up at the sky.

~!!~
Michi didn't kiss back right away. She knew what he was trying to do; change the subject. She didn't want to give in, she wanted to pull away and ask again. But she didn't, he was good at changing subjects. She wrapped her arms around his neck. She finally kissed him back. A few moments later she pulled away and rested her head on his shoulder, her eye lids felt so heavy, but she didn't ask again. At least for now.

~!!~
"Nothing!?" Jordon yelled. "What happened to the truth, Seth?" She asked, shaking her head. "Good night Seth!" And with that she was gone, leaving the broken bowl on the floor. The anger in her voice echoed still.

Robin nodded. "Sure," She said, and placed an arm around his shoulder, trying to help him stand. She didn't ask what had happened; she only wanted to help, and so she began to walk, trying to help suppoort his weight as the moon shone down on the ground, signaling the beginning of night.
~!!~
Draven wrapped his arms around her again, closing his eyes. He had a feeling that he hadn't heard the last of the subject, but he was happy to drop it, at least for now.
~!!~
Seth watched her go, shaking his head. He couldn't tell her that one day she'd hurt him; how could he? Even if she did believe him, wouldn't he only be hurting her? He picked up the rest of the bowl and threw away the pieces, staring dwon at his bleeding hand.

Jasper looked at her, and tried to carry as much weight as he could. "Thank you." He said softly. "Thank you so much."

~!!~
Michi's eyes soon fell closed and she began to sleep, it seemed somewhat restless, as if she was fighting with something in her mind.

Chess - Page 40 Empty Re: Chess

Post by Dial-Up Thu Apr 08, 2010 2:20 am

---2 days later, Friday, 5 pm---

Sage regretted every word that she’d told Andrew now, but it was far too late to take them back. She was sitting on her bed and staring outside at the sun, which hung low in the sky, slowly setting. She wanted to go find him and find some way to say what she felt, but she couldn’t, not when she herself didn’t even know what she was feeling. All she knew was that she wanted to see him again, but each time she thought she had the courage to go find him, she remembered what she’d said and wouldn’t go.

She wondered if he hated her; she wondered if he missed her. But even more than him, she missed her friends. She missed the way that things used to be, how simple they had been when everyone still had a beating heart and didn’t crave blood. At least they all still had each other, but now she was stuck here with no courage to go and see them, because Andrew was there. She knew that she shouldn’t let that stop her, but it did.

With a small sigh, she lay back on the bed, closing her eyes. Her stomach growled, but she ignored it. She hadn’t come out of her room in the past few days except for food, but right now she didn’t even want that. She just wanted to be left alone.
~!!~
Sandra was sitting outside on her front porch steps, her chin propped up in her hands as she stared at the setting sun. She closed her eyes as the wind blew her hair around her face, and then stood up. She looked tired, maybe even more than before. She had gone to their house to finally be able to forget, but instead she’d seen them, both of them. She didn’t know what was real and what was her imagination anymore. She wasn’t sure if she had ever really seen Anne again, but then how had Tony? She just knew that now that they were both gone, she only wanted to forget. But living next door to where she’d seen them so many times really wasn’t helping.

With a small sigh she turned back to her house and pulled open the door, stepping inside.
~!!~
Anne stared at Sandra’s house through her own window, watching as her friend walked back inside. Biting her lip, she let her blinds fall closed and turned back to her own door, her knees pulled up to her chest. It felt so strange to still be here; she was glad to have Tony back, but now he was dead as well. She wished they both didn’t have to be here. She knew that Sandra wasn’t okay, not after seeing them. She had watched her sit on her front porch for hours at a time, staring off at nothing, though she hadn’t seen her cry again.

Sighing, Anne stood up and walked to her door, pulling it open and stepping out into the hallway. She would never say so aloud, but she got scared when she stayed in there for too long. After all, that was where she had died. She remembered her brother’s face as she passed away each time she lay on her bed, and as a result she spent more time in his room. She walked across the hall to his room and pulled the door open without knocking, her face tired and downcast.
~!!~
Ella missed Jasper. She had told him she wouldn’t ask him to stay if he wanted to go, and then he had left. Did that mean that he had never wanted to be there in the first place? She was feeling more confused than ever before. She had let her anger get he best of her, and drove him away. She felt responsible for every single one of Caden’s tears now, and that hurt enough without missing him herself. She didn’t know where he was, and she didn’t know if he was even okay. And each time she thought of him, she only felt him kissing her again, and wanted him back.

She looked up at the sky, sitting on the swing in the backyard. The other one was still broken from when she’d fallen as Jasper pushed he that day that seemed so long ago. Closing her eyes, she pushed herself higher. Alex had hardly spoken a word since she’d gotten back, and Ella had a feeling she’d seen Dominic. Before she had seemed to be getting better, but now it seemed as if she were right back at square one.
~!!~
Alex was sitting near the old hollowed out tree once more, one hand on the bark and the other at her side. She missed Dominic more than she cared to admit, but she wondered how he was. No matter how much she tried to forget about him, his face just came right back into her mind, refusing to let her forget. She thought of his wife, how pretty she was and saw him hugging her, and wondered why she’d though she ever would have a place in his life as anything more than a friend, or even as that now. She should have seen it before; things with them had ended at death.

She stood up and closed her eyes, turning away from the tree. And now Jasper was gone as well, and she had been unable to stop him. She felt so useless, but she couldn’t do a thing about it. She started to walk back home slowly, but paused as she passed the graveyard. She walked to Isaac’s grave slowly, smiling slightly, sadly, as she knelt down next to it, placing her hand on the stone that she had lain there, the one had given her. “I hope you’re doing okay,” She whispered, wondering if, somehow, he could still hear her.
~!!~
Robin was sitting downstairs on the couch, staring at the TV, though her mind was elsewhere. She had shown Jasper the guest room and told him he could stay there. She had told him that it was okay he was staying there, when in truth she didn’t know. Her mom was hardly home, so she hadn’t noticed yet, which was good. But she knew she couldn’t keep it up much longer.

Her visions were becoming stronger lately, and it was scaring her. Shaking her head, she glanced up the stairs, wondering how he was doing. She was worried about him; she cared for him more than she should.
~!!~
Rainy sank down lower in the water, closing her eyes and trying to let her muscles relax. She had been worried about everyone lately; Leanne, with Patrick. Sage, all alone. Summer and Winter; they had been acting strangely lately, differently, though she seemed to be the only one who noticed. Things would never be the same; she had known that when she’d agreed to this. But she was regretting it again, even with the good that had come out of it, such as Darren.

Darren. She missed him. She wondered where he was, or how he was doing. She slowly pulled herself out of the tub, wrapping herself in a towel and walking out into her room, getting dressed quickly in a pair of black shorts and a gray tank top. She sat down on the edge of her bed, her black hair hanging loose and wet around her pale face as she stared out the window. She reached under her pillow and took out the book that Sage had given her, running her hand over the cover and opening it to the front cover, looking at her friend’s writing of her name before closing it again. She lay back on her bed, letting out a small sigh. This wasn’t what she wanted, but what was done was done. She would have to learn to live with it.
~!!~
Leanne still felt bad about her fight with Patrick, though she had stopped mentioning it or apologizing for it after that day he’d woken up. On the outside, she was back to her normal self, though she suspected that he still knew that she was torn up about it inside. She never wanted to argue with him again, but it seemed inevitable; of course they would argue. She even argued with her friends at times. She just didn’t want it to happen again anytime soon.

She lay back on the bed, staring up at the ceiling and stifling a yawn. She was tired, and knew that most of her friends were probably asleep, as most of the residents of the manor would be now. But she herself couldn’t sleep, though she sat there in her black pajama pants and t shirt. She just couldn’t find sleep. She was thinking about so many things; Sage being the main one. She hadn’t seen her in so long, and wanted to go visit her herself, though she knew she probably wasn’t welcome there, probably not by Nicole at least. She would go soon, though, if Sage didn’t come to see her. She was worried. And besides her, there was Rainy, and Summer and Winter. Something seemed to be bothering all of them, and she had no clue what. And then again, lately, she’d been thinking about what Matthew had told her. For some reason, that bugged her the most.

She sighed, turning on her side and closing her eyes again, but after a few moments she gave up and sat up on the bed again, shaking her head.
~!!~
Summer was wandering the hallways, a tired expression on her face. She felt drained lately, and she didn’t know why. She missed her family; though she did have Winter and her friends, it still didn’t feel quite right. She was getting used to things here, however. She had found out that not everyone here was all that bad, though there were a few that she didn’t want to cross paths with. She had left Winter in her room, asleep. She seemed to be fine, and Summer wished that she could share in her peace.
~!!~
Vivian was sitting on her bed, a book open in front of her, though she couldn’t seem to focus on the words. She was thinking about Sergei again. She talked to him a lot at school, and she still couldn’t believe all that had happened. She couldn’t believe she had kissed him, and he had kissed her. She had never felt for someone like she did for him, and though it had happened a while ago, she still couldn’t seem to get over it. She finally closed her book, shaking her head, knowing she wouldn’t be able to focus, not now.
~!!~
Ember was sitting on her front porch, her expression tired and downcast. She hadn’t gotten any sleep the past few nights, and she looked ready to pass out on the spot. She couldn’t sleep, though. She just couldn’t. Her room was filled with the ghosts of people she didn’t know, and without Jeremy there to help make them go away, she felt alone. No one else could see them, it seemed, and she didn’t understand it at all. And besides that, her worry over Dimitri grew with each passing day. She didn’t know what to do anymore.

She closed her eyes, but quickly opened them again. She had had nightmares as well, terrible ones in which someone she loved died. The first time she’d seen herself the day Jeremy had died, running outside to the sound of sirens and the way she’d felt, seeing that black body bag and knowing who lay inside. Then she’d seen herself staring at Dimitri’s dead body, knowing she’d never be able to speak to him again. She’d always wake up screaming, sometimes knowing that the person was dead, other times knowing it could happen soon.

She stared at the setting sun, wondering if it was cold out. She herself couldn’t feel it, but she did see a few leaves blow by, and knew that there must be a wind. She hoped it wasn’t too warm out, either. She didn’t’ need another lecture from her mom about how she shouldn’t be outside. She hated being cooped up inside like some breakable doll.
~!!~
Anya was sitting on her front porch, a small smile on her face. Things seemed so nice lately; the weather was nice, with only a slight breeze as the sun set. The sunset was beautiful, a mixture of pinks and oranges and yellows. She was able to talk to Milo more, and Noah hadn’t shown up again, at least not that she had seen. Things seemed too good to be true now, and something told her that they wouldn’t stay that way too long.

She wasn’t sure what it was, but every time things seemed to be okay, something happened to change that. Perhaps it was only her imagination, but something didn’t feel quite right as she sat there. She pushed back the feeling, shaking her head; things were fine. They had to be.
~!!~
Haven was back from the hospital after several stitches on her lower back from where the blade had gone in and many painkillers that she was supposed to take everyday to help ease the pain. She was sitting on the front porch, staring down at the ground. Cinder’s mom was gone, and she had a feeling she knew exactly who had taken her.

She thought of her family’s friends, the people she had thought she was coming to stay with. But their father turned out to be a hunter, Ash was dead, and now their mother was missing as well. It was strange; things seemed to be at least partly okay until she showed up here, and things began to fall apart. She felt like a bad luck charm, something that shouldn’t be around. First her own family, then theirs.

She thought of Andrea’s smiling face as they’d fought so many times back home, the glint in her eyes as she came up with something mischievous. She thought of Anna’s peaceful face as she tried to calm the fighting, or Kat’s as he smiled and laughed, watching. She missed them all so much, and didn’t know what to do anymore. She was thinking of Rufus as well; after seeing him kill Lillith right in front of her eyes, she wasn’t sure what she thought of him anymore. She hated to admit it, but that day in the woods, she had truly been frightened of him. She knew he wouldn’t hurt her, but something still frightened her. But she knew that he must be feeling worse than her; hunter or not, he had killed someone.

She shook her head, standing up. She saw Cinder and the way she seemed so broken, and decided that she wanted to help in the only way she knew how. She needed to find her father again, and somehow bring her mother back, assuming he did have her. She didn’t want to see her so broken anymore, and thought that maybe that would help. She flinched as she took a step. She was still in a lot of pain from her wound, and she reached into her pocket, placing a pill in her mouth and swallowing quickly, though it hurt to take without water. She began to walk towards the woods; she would start at the ruins of the house they’d found Ash in, and go from there. She wanted to find her; she wanted to help.
~!!~
Samantha was sitting in her room, sitting on her bed and staring out her window. She was scared, though she’d tell no one. Scared of herself, scared of Drew, scared of what Cole might do if he showed up again. She still couldn’t believe what he’d done before, though she herself had wanted to do that to him so many times before. She wondered if he’d show up again.

Lately, thought of Ash plagued her memory. She wondered where he was now. She wondered if he was happy there. She wondered if John was there, too.

Shaking her head, she stood up and grabbed her jacket, walking past her siblings and outside. Lately they had seemed worried about her as well, as she pulled away more and more. She was scared, scared that she’d say something she shouldn’t or would regret. As soon as she began walking, she saw his figure headed towards her. As he got closer, she saw his arm in a cast, covered by his jacket, his jaw bruised badly and the way he breathed, the pain it seemed to cause him. She smirked.

“Some senior trip, huh, Drew?” She asked. His eyes fell on her, and narrowed slightly. She felt a hint of fear, but pushed it back quickly as he came towards her. Why should she be afraid?
~!!~
December was sitting on her front porch, her head in her hands as she thought. She was worried about her friend, and wondered how she was doing, if she had spoken to Moses again or if things were truly finished there. She felt a sudden surge of anger at him for hurting her friend, but quickly pushed it back. She glanced over at her house, wanting to talk to her suddenly. But then again, did she want to talk to her? That thought had plagued her the most the past few days. Did Brooke really want a corpse as a friend? She was still her, but did Brooke know that? And then she would think of Simon, and her feelings would confuse her.

Closing her eyes, she shook her head and stood up, walking inside and up to her room, where she sat down on her bed, opening her window and glancing outside. She looked over at her friend’s house again, but saw no one. She shook her head; if she wanted to see her, if he wanted to see her, they would come here. They hadn’t, so obviously they didn’t.
~!!~
Sam missed Jane. Worry about her had plagued him constantly the past few days; would Justice really do what he had said? The thought of him with Jane made his blood boil, but not in a protective older brother kind of way. In a jealous kind of way. He knew he still loved her, and thinking of the way he had kissed her that night both made his stomach turn and made him want to see her again. He was so confused, and didn’t know how things could ever be the same.

He wondered at times how his father was, if he wondered where he was or had tired to find him, or if he even cared. He shook his head to clear if of his thoughts, staring out his window as he so often did lately, alone, in silence.
~!!~
Gem’s arm had healed, but a thin scar traced her arm from her elbow to her shoulder. She was staring at it now, running her finger along it and closing her eyes, shaking her head. He had come back, and once again she had been unable to kill him. She wondered if she would have even been able to if she had gotten the chance; no matter how much she hated him, she didn’t know ifs he could do it.

Lately she’d been thinking of her brother more as well. She missed him so much, but knew she could never see him again. It only made sense; he didn’t believe she was real, so why plague him with her presence and torture him? She loved him too much; it wasn’t fair.

She was sitting in the library now, but books didn’t seem to interest her as much as before. Even now, sitting with one open in her lap, she looked nothing short of miserable, exhausted, and in pain, both inside and out. She took her diary out from under the cushion of the chair she was sitting on. She had left it there so long ago when she’d spent her time here, writing in it. She opened it to a page she’d written about Christen, before any of this had happened and smiled slightly as she read it in silence.
~!!~
Seth didn’t know what to do anymore. He wanted to tell Cinder why he’d been acting so strangely lately, but what was he to say? That one day she’d end up sealing him up forever? He knew that wouldn’t help either of them, but not telling her seemed to be hurting things even further. He couldn’t be honest with her, and she knew that, but she didn’t know why as he did. He shook his head, staring down at his hands. He was next to her, as always, except now he was invisible.
~!!~
Draven was asleep, laying on his side with one arm around Michi. He had fallen asleep next to her, and even in his dreams seemed unable to let her go. He didn’t understand quite what was going on yet, but he was just happy to have her back now. He never wanted to lose her again, and he seemed afraid that if he took his eyes or hands off of her for one moment she would disappear and he would lose her forever. He had avoided her question of her brother for the past few days either by changing the subject or by kissing her, but he didn’t know how much longer he could keep it up.

He was fast asleep, his worry over her and his sister having exhausted him. She seemed to be doing better, his sister, but he still worried. In his sleep he looked strangely peaceful, almost like a child, innocent though he was usually anything but.
~!!~
Elianna’s wounds had almost healed, but as she sat there in bed, she was still in pain. She was staring at the burnt spot on the ground where Leslie’s sister had burned, shaking her head; he would be back. She knew that without having to be told by Piper. It only made sense, except now, he’d be angrier.

Her wrist was healed, but it still ached as did her side. The wound was almost healed, but it still hurt to walk. Isabel had freaked out when she’d come in to see her mother lying in bed, whimpering in pain, and had to be almost dragged out by Draven. Right now she was asleep, and Elianna was relieved. She was sitting up in bed, the covers pulled up around her as she stared at the door in silence. She wondered how D’angelo was doing, then wondered why she cared so much. Maybe because of his resemblance to Toby. Or maybe not.
~!!~
K.C. was sitting in her own room, closing her eyes and trying to feel anything that her brother was through their bond. After a few moments she opened her eyes, shaking her head. She knew he hated her, and with good reason. She knew that everything she’d done had been a mistake; a selfish, stupid mistake, but all her fault nonetheless. She wanted to fix things, but she just didn’t know how, if they even could be fixed, which she doubted in the first place.
~!!~
Piper had been drifting in and out of consciousness the past few days. The wound on her stomach still burned and ached and wasn’t completely healed, though it was getting better much faster than it would have on a human. She hadn’t had any visions, either, none of Leslie or anyone else. She was laying on her bed under the covers, thinking in the darkness.

She missed Toby, more than anything else, and now there was an ash vampire looking just like him. She knew he had to be in there somewhere, just as Sunny was in her, and wondered if he was aware of what was going on. Sunny seemed to be, but she wondered if he was. She wondered if he missed her, or even realized she was still here. She wanted to talk to him, see him again, but knew it wouldn’t be fair to the boy who looked so much like him, just as it wasn’t fair for her to be pushed out by Sunny.

Speaking of Sunny, she hadn’t come out either, though Piper had a feeling it was because Horace wasn’t around. She would never say so aloud, but he frightened her; it was when he was there that Sunny came out the most, and then she was pushed away. She closed her eyes, curling up tighter under the covers and shivering lightly. She wanted to leave; that seemed the smartest thing to do. The farther away from Horace and Leslie the better, right? But something inside of her prohibited it. Every time she’d tried to leave her feet had given up on her, and she’d walked back inside. She knew it was Sunny. Over the past few days she’d felt unexplainable grief at times, and knew that since she knew about Zale’s death, Sunny did as well. She’d found herself sobbing over someone she didn’t even know no several occasions, all because of her. Closing her eyes, Piper shook her head, wishing it would all just go away and never come back and just leave her alone.

Chess - Page 40 Empty Re: Chess

Post by Denis Thu Apr 08, 2010 2:13 pm

Andrew sat in his room, his eyes sad. He still loved Sage, he always would. SHe was different, speacial from all his other girlfreiends. This was the girl he wasnted to spend all his time with. This was the girl he wanted to kiss, to hold, to whisper sweet nothings to., and now she was gone. She didn't want to love any more, did she? It broke his heart. He made a few mistakes that he would always regert, but did he really deserve to never see her again? He knew that this was what he desreved. He remembered what she had once said, that 'we don't always get what we deserved'. She was wrong, he desreved to suffer for all he had done, and now he was getting that. He lost his sister, and his love, and not even his mother would look at him the same. He was all alone.

He closed his eyes, her friends were here, so e thought if he waited she come back, at least to see them. But she never came, and he knew why. He was here. Now he was hurting more then just him and Sage, but Leanne, who he had lreaned to love as a sister. With those thoughts he stood up and pushed open the window, then he was gone.

He walked in silence, away from Nightingale manor, away from the wolf's estate. He hd no idea where he was going, he just needed to go.

~!!~
Tony was sitting on his window sill. His window looked out into the back yard, so he hadn't seen Sandra. When Anne walked in he looked at her sadly. "What's up?" He asked. He looked like he hadn't slept, and he brifly wondered what Anne thought about what he told her, that he loved Sandra. He looked back out the window. "Are you okay?" He asked.

Jasper was up in the room that Robin had showed him. He was pretending to be asleep, hoping he could fool himself into sleeping. It wasn't working, he still laid wide awake, thinking about Ella. There he was once more, trying to keep her smiling face in his head. But he couldn't. He keep seeing her yelling, her angry, her sad, and he knew it was all his fault.

Finally he gave up, and got up. A few moments later he was downstairs, looking at Robin. "Hey." He said as he down next to her. His fever had gone down, but he was still sick.

~!!~
Patrick had been asleep, but know he was awake. "Leanne?" He asked quietly as he reached out to touch her. "Are you okay?" He asked as he sat up. He was worried. She knew she been worring. "Leanne." He repeated, wrapping an arm around her. "Leanne, what's wrong?" He asked turning her so he was looking in her blue eyes, which he secretly liked better then her purple contect eyes.

~!!~
Dimitri stepped out of his house. "Ember?" He said, walking over to her quickly. He wrapped a arm around her as he sat next to her. "What's wrong?" He asked, his voice full of worry. He didn't know what to do. He kissed her forehead.

~!!~
Lawerence walked up behind her. "Looking for something?" He asked, a smirk on his lips. He was leaning against a tree. He walked toward her, his tall firgure loming over her. He grabbed her and had her pinned to a tree. "You know little gifted, I didn't care for your little trick, I was trapped under that house for three days." He said putting a hand around her neck.

~!!~
Cole walked up the street, and his eyes fell on Drew. He smirked. "Is the dog learning how to behave?" He asked.

He looked so tired, he haven't been getting any sleep. If he was n't at any of has jobs he was helping Tuesday with something. No sleep once so ever, it was starting to catch up with him. But he kept his glare on.

~!!~
Jordon closed her eyes, she hadn't slept last night, or the night before. That was clear by the look on her face. She looked so sad, so broken. And she was getting thiner, her already small body looked so breakable.

~!!~
Michi was awake, and watching him, staying silent. She was worried about him, but she was also becoming angry at him. Everytime she asked what happened to her brother he would change the subject or kiss her. Did she not desreve the truth? She closed her eyes for a moment. SHe would ask him again later, for now she would let him sleep. She herself haven't been sleeping much, everytime she fell asleep she felt Ollie trying to push her way back in. She needed to claim this body as her own.

She opened her eyes and kissed the tips of her fingers and touched his cheek light with them. Then she gently grabbed his wrist and slipped out of his grasp. She climbed out of his bed. SHe walked quietly and opened the door and closed it quietly behind her. And then she disappeared down the hall.

~!!~
D'angelo knocked on Elianna's door and slipped in. "Are you feeling alright?" He asked, sitting on the bed. He looked where she was looking. "Maybe I over reacted?" He asked sadly.

~!!~
Horace was sitting on her window sill. "Both of her daughters are dead, and yet you keep her traped where she can't even mourn?" He asked. His hair fell in his face and he looked like he had been mourning Zale's death as well. Zale had been his little girl, he loved all his children, all in different ways. Jamie had been his pride, though she was a girl, she was strong as any man. Leslie was strange, even Horace will admit that, but he use to hve the bilty to make people happy. And Zale was his baby, his and Sunny's baby, their little girl that didn't seem to have one mean bone in her body.

K.C. finally stood up, and walked from her room to Andrew's. She knocked on his door and then waited, but when she received no answer she opened it. "Andrew?" She asked, but as soon as she saw his empty room, she knew something was wrong. She walked over to the window, which was open, and immediatly a sense of dread settled over her. She didn't know how she knew, but she did; he was gone. She sat down on the edge of his bed, shkaing her head. She knew it was her fault that he was gone now.
~!!~
Anne sighed, and sat down next to him. "I'm fine, but you're not," She said quietly, simply. "Tony, what's wrong?" She asked, looking over at him. "I mean, besides the obvious 'us being dead', thing." She bit her lip and glacned outside, remembering for a moment what he'd said about Sandra, and wondered if that was what was wrong.
~!!~
Robin glanced over at him, and almost immediatly she was smiling. "Hey!" she said. "How are you feeling? Any better?" She asked. She was glad to see he as at least up, but somethign told her he wasn't okay still.
~!!~
Leanne glanced over at Patrick, her eyes tired. "I'm sorry," She said quietly. "Did I wake you up?" She shook her head at his question. "Nothing's wrong; I'm fine," She said. "Just...can't sleep, is all." She wondered why she even bothered to lie to him at times; she knew he could tell when she was lying. SHe wasn't that terribly hard to read, after all.
~!!~
Ember blinked in surprise, looking up at Dimitri. She wondered for a moment how long she'd been sitting out here. "Huh?" She asked, then shook her head to clear it of any stray thoughts. "Nothing. Nothing's wrong," She said, but she was refusing to look at him. She glacned behind him, and saw someone standing on his yard. It was one of the ghosts that had been in her room the past few days, a girl who seemed to be around 12 years old. She was looking at her with sad eyes. Ember imemdiatly stiffened up, pulling away from him and looking at where the girl stood, still staring at her.
~!!~
Haven looked up at Lawerence, her eyes narrowing. "You should have stayed there longer," She spat, but it was hard to speak with his hand around her neck. She kicked out at him, but only hit air. She had her back against the tree, and the bark dug into her back, making her flinch. Her wound still hurt.
~!!~
Samantha blinked in surprise as she saw Cole; he looked even worse than he did last time. She bit her lip to keep herself from saying anything, at least for now, and turned back to Drew. He was staring at Cole, and she saw the hint of rage in his eyes that she recognized easily. But he seemed to know that he couldn't do much in his condition, so he only kept walking, past Samantha. As he walked by his arm brushed against hers, and she shivered involuntarily.
~!!~
Seth made himself visible, and walked over, sitting down next to Cinder. "Cinder," He said quietly. "Cinder, please stop worrying me," He said quietly, though he knew how unfair that was; wasn't he doing the same thing to her? "You need to get some sleep. Please."
~!!~
Draven awoke a few moments later, and he turned on his side, only to find Michi gone. Immediatly all traces of sleep left him, and he sat up quickly, his eyes wide. He wondered if she had ever been there at all, or if it had all been in his imagination. He stumbled to his feet and walked to his door, pulling it open and stepping into the hallway, but he couldn't see her.
~!!~
Gem finally stood up, shaking her head and holding her diary tightly in her hands. She put the book back on the shelf and walked out of the library and back up to her room. She set the diary down under her pillow and walked over to her window, making sure it was shut tightly so she wouldn't have anymore unwanted visitations from a certain vampire. She turned back to her room, and bit her lip. "Christen?" She asked quietly.
~!!~
Elianna blinked, and found herself staring at him and thinking of her brother, and the words she'd said to him. 'Show some respect to the man who had my heart more than you ever did.' She shook her head quickly, tearing her gaze away from him and looking at the burnt spot on the ground. "No," She said quietly. "I don't think you did. She deserved it. I just wish we could have gotten him as well." She looked so tired, but also angry, and worried. She was worried for her daughter the most, thinking of how he'd threatened her before.
~!!~
Piper jumped and sat up quickly, the covers falling around her as she looked at Horace. Her eyes widened and already she felt herself being pushed back, only this time, she fougth back. "I don't want to let her mourn," She said through gritted teeth. "This is my body, and my mind. I won't let her have control of it." Even as she spoke she felt the restraint in her mind, trying to pull her back into the darkness. She struggled to fight it, but as soon as she looked at Horace again she felt her restraint slipping.

Tony pressed his forehead to the window. "Everything." He said. "This is all my fault. I couldn't believe that you were there, so I didn't take care of myself, and I died. If I have believed you then I would of lived, mom would still be here, and Sandra would still be fine." He closed his eyes. "And I could of told her the truth, now I will never be able to." He sounded so sad. Like he was stil moruning, and in a way he was.

~!!~
Jasper liked her smile, but he liked Ella's better. "I feel a little better." He said quietly, but he doubted that he would ever feel better again. He still thought Ella didn't want to see him. He looked down at his hands. "Are you sure me staying here is okay?" He asked. "You won't get in trouble?" He glaced at her. "I won't get you in trouble, if I am, I will leave." He said in that tone that meant he was serious.

~!!~
Patrick looked at her sadly. "Are you lying?" He asked even though he knew she was. He closed his eyes and sighed. He pulled her close to him. "Leanne, you can tell me anything." He said. "What is bothering. Tell me and I will do my best to fix it." He promised. He would do anything for her, that was how much he loved her. "Just tell me, and let me help you." He said. Sometimes he felt useless when she tried to take care of herself. He loved the fact she was independent, but sometimes it hurt to know she didn't want his help. "Please." He begged.

~!!~
Dimitri watched her as she pulled away. A sad look crossed his face. "Can't you trust me?" He asked sadly. "Ember, I'm right here. Let me help you." He looked in the dirction she was looking in. "You are seeing them again?" He asked, and he sighed. He touched her cheek. "Ember, I am right here." He repeated. "Tell me how, and I will make things better." He said softly, though he knew even he might not be able make it better. That thought made him sad, he wanted to protect her. He wanted his embrace to be enough to help her, but the way she pushed him away showed he might not be enough.

~!!~
Lawerence smiled at her. It was a strange creepy smile. "You are a stupid girl, you know that?" He asked as he pulled out a knife. "So, so stupid. You should be ashamed of yourself. You were a failure since you were born. You couldn't even save your family. I bet they are ashamed of you too. You let my flames take their lifes, you escaped, but I will take your life in the end." He said.

~!!~
Cole looked at Sammy. "Hey." He said softly, and took his hand. "How are you?" He asked softly. "He didn't hurt you again?" He asked.

~!!~
Cinder opened her eyes. "Seth." She said. She looked so sad. "Then you tell me why you are are so sad, and I will go to sleep." She said, sitting up. SHe knew it was petty, but she wanted, no, needed to know. She couldn't stand him like this, and she wanted to be able to help him. She couldn't if he wouldn't tell her why he was so sad.

~!!~
Michi walked into her own room. Everything was how she left it, except everything had a thin layer of dust. Her eyes fell on all the empty bird cages. She smiled lightly when she remembered yesterday. SHe had been amazed when she had woken up and had still been in control, but what amazed her the most was that fact Draven tried to catch her a bird, it had been her birthday. She closed her eyes and walked to the mirror. Everything the same.....

Her hair brush was still there, where Nelly put it when she had brushed the twigs and leafs out of her hair. Even the small pile of twigs was there. She sighed, and looked back at the door, not careing if it was locked or unlocked. But it seemed as if she hadn't remembered to lock it. She didn't care. She looked back at the mirrior and wiped the dust from it. She gasped when she looked at the face in the mirror, it was her face at first, but then she saw the slight differences. She closed her eyes. She had to make this body her own, she had to push Oliver so far in her own mind that she would bever come out again. She looked down at herself, Ollie had been fond of simple dresses, and even now she was wearing one. It was lose and easy to wear, nothing Michi was use to.

She quickly walked to her closet. She had to claim this body as her own. SHe had to do things she, Michi, was use to, not what Ollie was use to. She pulled out a dress out and quickly changed. The dress was the purple one that she had been wearing that day she and Draven danced. That day seemed so long ago. Somehow she managed to get it zipped up all the way. It had come as a surpised when she found it was hard for her to breath in it, Ollie's body wasn't use to it, but she shallowed and looked in the mirror. She had to claim this body. SHe brushed her hair slowly, jus like she always did. Ollie's hair was much straighter then her own had been, and Michi found her self missing those waves that tangled so easily. She silently began to wrap her hair in a bun as she had often done when she was still Michi. No! She was Michi now. She was still Michi.

She wondered of Draven was up yet.

~!!~
Christen appeared next to her. "I never left your side." He spoke softly. "What do you need?" He asked.

~!!~
D'angelo looked sad. "I wish they would go away." He said. "I don't want to take lives." He said, closing his eyes. "But I will if I have to."

~!!~
Horace walked over to her, and touched her cheek. "What right do you have to keep her like that? She is the one that allowed you to exist." He said. "No one loves you, she has people who loves her, who miss her. What right do you have to keep them away from them?" He asked, leaning down and kissed her, hoping for Sunny.

Anne frowned, and touched his shoulder. "Tony..." she said quietly, but in truth, she didn't know what to say, how to help him. She knew that things would forever be different now, and wondered how long they would both be here, if they would ever move on. She didn't understand how it worked. "Maybe you can still tell her," She said quietly, glancing over at him. "If there was a way to make her realize you're really here."
~!!~
Robin shook her head quickly. "No, it's fine," she said, smiling at him still. "I promise." In truth she didn't know, but the chances of being found out were slim. Besides, she could tel lhe still wasn't better, no matter what he said, so she wouldn't let him go, or at least try not to.
~!!~
Leanne shook her head again. "I'm fine," She said quietly, and was silent for a moment. But something about being so near to him made her want to talk, though she knew he couldn't help. "I just...I miss Sage," she said quietly. She didn't say anything about the other things that were bothering her; they didn't matter. "She won't come here because Andrew is here, and I don't think I can go see her," she said quietly. "I just...I miss her, is all."
~!!~
Ember blinked and looked back at Dimitri, but her eyes were still far away. "I..." She began, then shook her head. "You can't help," She said quietly. "I don't know why I see them, but I do. And besides....that's not...not all that's bothering me," She said quietly. She wasn't sure why, but suddenly everything came pouring out. "Every night I've been dreaming...dreaming about the day Jermey died, or seeing you dead. I just--" She bit her lip, shaking her head. "I'm scared," She finally whispered. "I'm scared I'm going to lose you, just like I lost him. Only this time, it would hurt worse."
~!!~
Haven slowly let his words sink in, her eyes widening. He was the one...the one who had killed her family. The reason she was even here; the reason she had no family left. She slowly let his words sink in, shaking her head as she remembered that night. She remembered waking to the smell of smoke, and the way she'd tried to go to Andrea's room, only to find the pathway blocked my flames. She couldn't help; she couldn't get through. She'd tried to go to Anna's room, then Kat's, but they too were blocked by flames, as was her parent's. She remembered screaming until her throat was raw and she could no longer breathe, and hearing Andrea scream as she stumbled out of the house and the wood collapsed, bringing the house to the ground as it burned.

Suddenly she was staring at Lawerence, her eyes narrowed and pure hatred written on her face. "It was you.." She whispered. "You're the one. You're the one who killed them!" She shouted. She struggled against him with all her strength, but still couldn't seem to get free. "It was your fault they're dead!!! It's your fault I'm alone!" She screamed.
~!!~
Samantha shook her head quickly. "No," She said quietly. "I'm fine. He didn't." She smiled slighlty, looking over at him. "Cole, what's going on with you?" She asked suddenly. "You're going to work yourself to death. You're scaring me," She said, surprsing even herself.
~!!~
Seth looked at Cinder, shaking his head. He coudln't tell her the real reason; he knew that. "I'm worried about you," he said quietly. "I can't stand seeing you this way. I'm scared for you." His words were true, though they weren't the whole truth. Wasn't that just as bad as lying?
~!!~
Draven made his way down the hallway, pausing outside of Michi's room and watching her as she stared in the mirror. At that moment, he knew, if there had ever been any doubt before; it was her. He recognized the dress she wore, and he took a step into the room, walking up behind her and placing his arms around her waist, kissing her neck and closing his eyes. He pulled away and stared at their forms in the mirror; he knew she was Michi. He knew it.
~!!~
Gem looked at him, blinking as if she had never seen him before. "I just...I wanted to see you," She said quietly, walking over to her bed and sitting down on the edge. "I still don't understand how you're not angry with me," She whispered, staring down at her hands. It had been eating away at her ever since he'd come back. She truly didn't understand. She remembered the night she'd killed him every night in her dreams.
~!!~
Elianna sighed. "They're gone now. Leslie is, I mean," she said quietly. "I'm just....scared for Isabel," She said quielty, before realizing that he probably didn't know who that was. She shook her head; everytime she spoke to him she almost felt as if she were speaking to Toby, and then she'd feel sad all over again.
~!!~
Piper shook her head quickly as he spoke, trying to keep from crying out. No! Someone loved her...someone did. Tobias did, but he was dead. She knew she was a freak of nature; she shouldn't even exist. She knew she had no family of her own, and that no one really did love her, except for someone who was now dead. She knew all of that, yet still she didn't want to give up her own body to the person who'd had it before.

"No..." she said quietly, but was cut off as he kissed her. At first she resisted, reaching out and grabbing his arm and trying to push him away, but after a few moments she felt herself being pushed back again into the very back of her mind, unitl she felt like she was just watching from a distance, no longer in control.

Sunny blinked and her grip on his arm loosened. She pulled away, smiling up at him. "Thank you," She said quietly. Her eyes were different, and her voice sounded like Sunny's again. She was herself again.

Tony looked at her. "How can I do that to her?" He asked, a sad look on his face. "I am dead, I can't do that to her." He cared too much for her to do that. "No, I won't." He said sadly. He closed his eyes. "You know, she kissed me, I should of grabbed her before she ran and told her then." He whispered. He had been thinking about this all night. He couldn't get out of his mind. "I had so mny chances to, and I never did, but maybe it was better that way. If I told her I loved her, and then died, it would of hurt so much more..."

~!!~
Jasper nodded slowly. "Thank you." He said, not even noticing her lie, that or he didn't care at the moment. The only other place he had to go was Ella's. He couldn't go back, she didn't want him there, she said that herself. He looked at his hands. "How can I repay you?" He asked softly. "Don't tell me nothing." He said.

~!!~
"Is that all?" Patrick asked softly. "There is nothing left?" He asked. He kissed her forehead. "I'll go with you." He said suddenly. "I'll make sure nothing happens." He whispered, and held her close. "As soon as you want to go, I'll take you." He promised.

~!!~
Dimitri pulled her into his lap now. He was rocking her slowly back and forth. "Ember." He whispered, but he knew she was right. He couldn't help her. No, he would do his best, if he could make her smile just once he knew he made things slightly better. He kissed her cheek. "I'm sorry." He said. "I'm so sorry." He closed his blue eyes.

~!!~
"No I'm not." He said. "You could of have been with them now if you just stayed put. It's your fault you are alone." He said. "All your fault." He mused. "If you want, I can rejoin you with them." He smirked, letting her know that she really didn't have a choice.

~!!~
Jordon looked down. "Your making it worse." She said softly. "Your making me worry about you." She said turning her head away.

~!!~
Michi was caught off gruad, but smiled anyways. She placed her hands over his. "Hey." She said softly, leaning back against his chest. She closed her eyes. "You sleep well?" She asked softly, opening her eyes and leaning her head back so she could see his face, without using the mirror.

~!!~
Christen frowned. "Why whould I?" He asked. "Didn't we go over this?" He asked, and sat on her bed. "Gem, it isn't your fault." He reminded her. "You had no control over yourself, plus I let you, remember?"

~!!~
D'angelo smiled at her. "Who is Isabel?" He asked softly. He touched her cheek and pulled his hand away. "Sorry." He said. "Do you need anything?" He asked.

~!!~
Horace's face let up at the sound of Sunny's voice. He touched her cheek and then looked at her sadly. "I'm so sorry." He said. "I let two of our kids die. I should of been able to protect them." He whispered.

Anne blinked in surprise. "She kissed you?" She asked quietly, a confused look on her face. She felt like she had missed a lot. Sighing, she glanced out the window again. "I'm sorry, Tony," She said quietly, knowing that nothing would make it better. She didn't know how to.
~!!~
Robin shook her head quickly. "Nothing," She said, ignoring what he had said. "I'm doing this to help you, not because I want something in return," she said, looking back at the TV, which was still on, though muted. She smiled slightly, glancing over at him. She stood up suddenly. "Are you hungry?" She asked. "I mean, you were sleeping for a while."
~!!~
Leanne looked over at him, and a smile slowly broke out on her face, a small one but a smile nonetheless. "Thank you," She said quietly, resting her head on his chest. "Really, thank you. That means a lot," She said quietly, still smiling. And it did; she loved that he always tried to cheer her up, and most of the time, it worked.
~!!~
Ember closed her eyes, leaning her head back against his chest and reaching down and taking his hand. She took a deep breathe, then opened her eyes. "But I don't want to spend all my time worrying about tomorrow," She said suddenly. "I don't want to worry; I want to enjoy every moment with you, but I...I don't know how not to worry. I can't stop thinking about it."
~!!~
Haven glared at him, her eyes full of hatred. "No," She said quietly, shaking her head. "I won't die. Not by your hand." She pulled against his grasp again, but still couldn't manage to get free. She glared at him. "I will kill you," She said suddenly. "I will kill you for what you did to them!" She shouted.
~!!~
Seth sighed, shaking his head. "Jordon," he said, for once remembering not to call her Cinder. "Please. Please go to sleep. I can't stand to see you like this," He said quietly.
~!!~
Draven nodded. "Yes," he said quietly, looking down at her. He didn't say anything about how panicked he had been, waking up with her gone. He was trying to forget about that himself.
~!!~
Gem looked over at him. "And why did you?" She asked suddenly. In truth, she'd been wondering for a while. "Why did you let me kill you? Why didn't you fight back?" She asked, shaking her head. "Why didn't you stop me?"
~!!~
Elianna blinked in surprise as he touched her cheek, and for a moment she wished he hadn't pulled away. she shook off the thought. "Isabel is my daughter," She said quietly. She smiled at him, though it was a tired smile. "No, I'm fine," She said. "Thank you, though. It was nice of you to check on me," She said quietly.
~!!~
Sunny shook her head. "It wasn't your fault," She said quietly. She blinked in surprise and reached up a hand, touching the tears that were rolling down her cheeks. She still wasn't used to being able to shed tears. "You did what you could; everything beyond that is out of our hands." She let her hand fall back to her side as the tears continued to fall. "I fear for Leslie, though," She said quietly.

Tony looked at her sadly. "Not your fault, don't tell me that you are sorry. I am the one that is sorry" He said. He knew he was to be blamed. He had been selfish, moping in his own pain, not seeing anyone else, not seeing how he was hurting them. In admist of it all he fell in love with Sandar, and he was too blind to see it. He had thought he had nothing left, but he had his mother, he had Sandra, and hurt them all. His mother lost his husband, then her baby girl, then him. It wasn't right, it wasn't fair, and it was all his fault. He had been so caught up in his own pain that he had to die so he could see others, and then he made it worse. He was unfirgivable.

~!!~
Jasper frowned. "No, there has to be a way. I don't feel; right staying here without doing something in return." Even at Ella's he did stuff. He cooked, and did the dishes that him and Caden made. He made sure that Alex and Ella didn't have to do any extra work.

He sighed when she stood up, and shook his head. But then his belly growled. He laughed, but it was pained. "Yes." He said standing up. He looked down at the floor. "Really, if there is anything, please tell me, I don't want to feel like a free loader." He said.

~!!~
Patrick pulled back, he was smileing. He ran a finger along her cheek. "Anything for you." He whispered. Nothing is too good for you." He whispered, his eyes full of love for her. He knew just how lucky he was to have her. He wrapped his arms around her again, and laying back so she was on his chest. "But for now, please try to sleep." He said softly. "At least for a bit."

~!!~
Dimitri held her hand tightly. "And I don't want to worry about you." He said softly. "Whatever happens tomorrow won't happen until then." He said. "We still have today and now. We don't need tomorrow and when." He said. He spun her around in his lap, and placed his fingers under her chin, and made her look up at him. "I promise you that there is no need to worry." He said as he leaned down to kiss her, but he paused before his lips touched hers. "Can I?" He asked.

He smirked. "No you won't, because that woill make you no better then me." He said, dropping her to ground. "But I will enjoy this game." He said, and then he ran off. He was scared of her, no, he was excited. He never had a chance to play a game like this. He would enjoy it, he would let her think she had chance and then kill her.

Jordon looked up at him. She said nothingfor a moment. "But the nightmares...." She said softly. Tears came to her eyes and tried to hide them from him. "Seth, I'm scared. I can't sleep, I can't do anything. And you...." She paused. "You are worrying me."

~!!~
Michi smiled sightly. "Good." She said, twisting in his arms so she could warp her arms around him. She leaned her head against his chest. "I love you." She said softly. Suddenly tears were rolling down her cheeks. She hated how easily thay came, only Draven could see her this way, but at the same time she didn't want to see her weak. "I'm scared Draven." She admited. "So scared." She cried. "I don't know what to do anymore." She looked up at him. SHe looked so tired. She has't been sleeping much because that was when Ollie faught the hardest. "I don't want to go back, I don't want to lose you." She said. "I don't want to see you through someone else's eyes. I want to be the one in your arms. I want her to go away, and let me stay with you." SHe said, but even as she spoke she knew she wasn't being fair. This was Ollie's body. She had no right to take it like she did.

Christen looked away. "What was the point of running?" He asked. "He would of made you go after me. He looked down at his hands.

D'angelo's face fell for a moment. "You are married?" He asked hoping the disappoited tone was only in his ears. "I didn't know that." He looked thoughtful, and shook his head. "Are you sure?" He asked. "Nothing?"

~!!~
Horace looked at her sadly. He wiped away her tears. "He is mad at me." He said suddenly. "I tried to get him to go back home with me, so I wouldn't loose him as well. He got angry." He said sadly. "I fear I will loose all my kids to this manor."

Anne watched her brother, shaking her head. She hated seeing him so sad; it hurt her more than her own pain. She had always worried about him, but now she had real reason to. "Tony, please don't look so sad," She said quietly, reaching out and touching his arm. "Please."
~!!~
Robin frowned as she watched him, but only for a moment. "Sure," She said quietly. She laughed when she heard his stomach growl, and walked towards the kitchen. "Come on," She said. As she walked into the kitchen she walked over to the cuboard, but her eyes fell on a knife near the sink. She blinked, breaking the trance, but she knew what it meant. She walked over to the cuboard, keeping as far away from it as possible. She opened the cuboard and took out the bread, and walked over to the fridge, taking out a few things he could choose from. She hesitated before walking over to the drawer and taking out a knife to cut the bread with. She kept glancing back at the one near the sink, and as soon as she took out two slices and cut it down the middle she felt a sharp stab of pain in her finger and quickly stepped back, staring as her blood dripped to the ground.

She bit her lip to keep from crying out in frustration. She hated this; at times she saw things as small as cutting herself with a knife, but at others she saw a car, and then someone getting hit by it. She remembered that day clearly, and shook her head. Maybe it was all in her imagination; maybe she was just crazy.

Leanne nodded in silence, stifling a yawn. "Yeah," She said quietly, closing her eyes and wrapping an arm around him. She smiled slightly, thinking of the first time he'd kissed her. It seemed like ages ago. She remembered the first time she'd been here, and how he'd carried her down the hallway. It was with these thoughts that she finally was able to relax, and closed her eyes and fell asleep.

Ember wanted to ask how he knew that there was no need to worry. She wanted to ask what would happen tomorrow; she wanted to know. But as she sat there looking at him she suddenly didn't care. She knew that as soon as she was away from him the nightmares would come back, they would come back, and she wouldn't be able to sleep, but right now she could forget, if only for a moment. "I told you you didn't have to ask," She said quietly.

Haven stumbled to her feet, shaking her head to clear it of her daze. She looked at his retretaing form, and suddenly she didn't care about anything else. She felt a raw surge of anger for her family, those she loved, and she began to run after him. She pushed her legs harder; she wouldn't let him go; not now.
~!!~
Seth shook his head. "I'll be right here," he said softly. "Your nightmares can't hurt you; I won't let anything hurt you." He wrapped his arms around her. "Please. Please sleep, Jordon. Please." He was almost begging now; he was worried about her.
~!!~
Draven shook his head. He wrapped his arms around her tightly, holding her close. "I won't let her take you back," He said quietly. "I won't let her." He knew in truth he couldn't do anything about it, but he was reassuring himself as well.
~!!~
Gem looked at him for a moment before turning away. "I guess you're right," She said quietly. "But still...I can't help but feel like it's my fault. As if if...I really loved you, I would have been able to stop myself."
~!!~
Elianna heard the tone in his voice, but thought it was her own imagination. "No, I'm not," she said quietly. "My husband is dead." She smiled slightly at him, shaking her head. "No, nothing. But thank you."
~!!~
Sunny shook her head. "I won't let this girl take her body back," She said suddenly. "I will stay alert, and if Leslie comes back, I will not let him get hurt. I promise you that."
