Personality:

He’s not much different from his older brother. They actually get along quite well. But they do have a few differences. Tobias a bit of a flirt, but he also ruthless, and mean. He doesn’t think twice before he kills. He comes off as lazy, sleepy, and stupid, but that only catches his prey off guard. In truth Tobias is cunning, sharp, and keen. Some people describes him as big lazy cat, but to people who really know him would describe him more as an elegant tiger, with a deep blood lust. People think he’s a shallow, and that his good looks are everything to him. Before his mother died, she described as wearing a mask, what people see isn’t what he really is, and that there are few people who seen the face underneath, that are alive. Most of the people who seen his true face were his victims. And his ruthless side is only half of him, through, not even he knows it, he has a kinder side, more gentle, quieter, sweeter, but he will never know this about himself, unless some awakens it. In other words he needs to fall in love for it to come out. Does he even want to?
