Michi pulled back slightly. "Do I mean more to you then just a bet, now?" She asked, a sad tone in her voice. She couldn't blame him. They didn't see eye to eye then. But it still hurt sightly to know he had been useing her.

Jane had been on a late night run. She did that every so often. Suddenly her landed on something other then side walk. A discarded skateboard. She slipped backward, landing hard on her back. A small surpised scream had escaped her lips.

Roza had a peaceful smile on her face.

Sergei helped her skate down one end, with only a few mishaps.

Patrick took the paper, and in a few minutes, he was parked in front of the place.

"I wish I could explain it to you." Willow said quietly.

Draven nodded. "The bet was gone long ago, when you left," He said quietly.

Sandra heard a scream, and looked up, spitting out gravel. her eyes widened and she ran over to the girl who had tripped over her skateboard.

"Sorry!" She exclaimed, wiping the gravel off her scraped up palms, and offering one to help her up.

Sam finally realized; she was really here. But he didn't watn to believe it.

"How do I know I'm not just imagining you?" He asked quietly.

Vivian was smiling, more than she had in a long while. She laughed, and closed her eyes, taking a deep breathe of the fresh air. She hadn't had this much fun in so long, even if she did fall a lot.

Leanne looked up at the shop, and all the trees in the lot out front. Her face lit up even brighter.

"Come on!" She exclaimed, opening the door and stepping out into the cold winter night air.

"Oh." She said resting her head on his chest again.

Suddenly Clover appeared behind them. "What's going on?" She asked confusedabout the sight.

Jane stood up. "I'm fine." She said dusting off her clothes.

Willow tried to smile. "Would you have been able to touch me? Feel me? If I was only something you made up?"

Roza skated up to them, and pushed Sergei away, she took Viben's hand, and started to led her away.

Patrick laughed, and stepped out of the car.

Leanne grabbed his hand, and led him straight off to look at them. She passed by several, looking thoughtful.

"Too big, too small," she was mumbling.

Sam looked thoughtful, then suddenly ran forward and wrapped his arms around her. He was crying freely; he didn't care about being 'manly' anymore. "I thought you were gone," He whispered.

Draven pulled back, and looked at Clover. He kept his face impassive as he spoke.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

Vivian laughed and tried to keep her balance; she kept almost falling, but somehow managed to stay on two feet, at least for now.

Sandra frowned. "Sorry, I fell off, and well....yeah," she sighed. "Oh, I'm Sandra, by the way. What's your name?" She asked, looking at her and smiling, though her face was tired and showed the amount of sleep she had been getting lately, or lack thereof.

Monique walked around the Manor and made a few snow balls to throw at Moses's window.

Justin copied her, and they started to throw snowballs at Moses's window. Justin was just doing it for the fun of it. Monique on the other had was doing it for another reason.

Patrick laughed. "Need help?" He asked.

Willow was surpised. She wrapped her arms around him. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." She kept repeating.

"You- never mind." She said, and in a flash she was gone.

Sergei grabed her other arm, and they sandwicthed her.

"Jane Mich." She said, brushing her long brown hairt out of her eyes.

Leanne nodded. "Which one do you like?" She asked.

"This was my fault," Sam cried. "I should have come that day. You never would have died...."

Draven frowned, and turned back to Michi. He offered her a small smile, before turning to go back to his room.

Vivian laughed, and looked at both of them, smiling. She was getting her balance now.

Sandra smiled at her. "Well, it's nice to meet you," she said. "Sorry I tripped you though," She laughed. She frowned. "Hey, do you go to the local highschool? I don't recognize you is all," She said quickly.

"You don't go to any basket games do you?" She asked. "I'm the 'Mich' on the all boys basket ball team." She said, with a smile. "I'm also the 'Mich' that caused the ruckus about the football team." She looked angry. "Just about all the guys quit after I tried out." She was frowning deeply. "So I wasn't allowed to join."

"No, Sam." She said quietly. "Please don't blame yourself." She begged.

"Hey," Roza said, pulled free, you want me show you some of the things I use to do, while in compentions?"

Patrick frowned, and pointed to a tree, not to big or to small.

"I've been kinda busy," She mumbled, then looked at her. "That was you???" She asked. She groaned. "You know, the same thing happened to me at my old school!" She said. "Only they wouldn't even let me join; said I was a girl, and it wasn't allowed, though I was better than half of them," She said. She seemed pretty worked up now. "I'm so protesting this!" She said. "Signs and everything." She was serious.

"But it was my fault!" Sam protested. "You can't say that it's not."

Vivian nodded. "Sure," She said, still smiling.

Leanne walked over it, and examined it from all angles, looking thoughtful.

"It's perfect!" She finally said, looking at him and grinning from ear to ear.

"Really?" Jane asked, a smile forming on her face. "I'll help." She said.

Willow looked sad. "But I don't blame you." She said.

Sergei pulled viven to the side, to sit in the snow. Roza started to compcated tricks.

Patrick smiled. "Nothing is perfect." He said.

"Yes!" Sandra said. She suddenly remembered Anne, and her face fell, but only for a moment. "I don't have much free time, but I'll find a way," She said. "Do you live around here?" She asked.

"You don't?" Sam asked quietly, looking down at her, confused.

Vivian watched, wide eyed, her eyes following her every move.

"But this is!" Leanne said. "This Christmas is going to be amazing. I can feel it," She said. She talked to one of the men, and paid, and soon the tree was strapped to the trunk of the car.

"Uh, not on this street. But a few streets down." She said quietly.

Willow smile. "I don't, Samuel, because it isn't you fault." She said, then frowned. "That night, after you left, I had another vistor, I was half asleep, so I can't remeber what happened exatly, I remeber somthing touching my lips, and something running down my troat, and the visosens got wrost, and felt like I was dieing."

"She is a show off." Sergei said.

Patrick got into the car and rove to Leanne's old home. "What do you need here?"

Sandra nodded. "Well, here," She said, and jotted down her number quickly. "Since it's Christmas Break, we can start planning, if you really want to make them listen about the football team," She said. "I'll help." She grinned at her and handed her the small piece of paper with her number on it.

Sam's eyes widened. This whole time, had blamed himself. But....it wasn't his fault? He frowned. "Who do you think it was?" He asked suddenly.

Vivian laughed. "But she really is good," She said.

Leanne smiled at him. "Lights for the tree," She said. "And a few other things," She said. "Just wait here for a sec," She said, and ran up to the front door. She opend the door, tryign to ignore the flood of memories and just get what she needed. She dug around in the few boxes left in the family room that had never been unpacked, from after....that night.

She shivered, and finally took the one labeled 'CHRISTMAS.' She took it to the door, then ran upstairs and into her room. She saw her mother's body lying there still in her mind, and almost broke down again right there. Instead she pulled out her old camera; it was really old, and the pictures developed immediatly. It was almost an antique. She put it around her neck, and went back downstairs, grabbing the box and walking back outside.

Jane was grinning. "I'll be sure to call you later." She said, and looked at her wacth. "I have to finsh my run." She said, quickly, taking off.

"I don't know." Willow said. "A tall man. He said something like 'you don't belong here'."

"It takes years of partice." Sergei said.

Patrick smiled at her as she came out.

Sandra laughed and nodded, and watched as she ran off. She picked up her skateboard, and began to walk back home with it tucked under her arm.

Vivian nodded. She looked at him suddenly, smiling. "Thanks for taking me," She said quietly.

Sam looked furious for a moment, but quickly calmed down. For now, he was glad just to hold her in his arms, which was just what he was doing again now.

Leanne put the box in the backseat, and then got in the front seat, her camer still in her lap. She smiled at him.

Patrick quickly drove off. Heading back towards the manor.

Willow smiled lightly at him. "Are you cold out here?" She asked.

Sergei looked at her and smiled. "Yeah."

Sam realized only now that he wasn't wearing much. He shrugged. "It doesn't matter," He whispered.

"Really. Thank you," Vivian said, then looked back at Roza, grinning.

Leanne was silent, looking down at her camera.

"Yes it does Sam." She said. "I wouldn't forgive myself if you got a sick because you staied outside in the snow."

Roza suddenly slipped, and fell to the ice.

"And, hey, even people as good Roza fall." Sergei said, with a small laugh.

Soon they parked in front of the manor.

Moses looked out of his window. He frowned and pushed ut open. "Momo, what are you doing?" He called.

Justin stopped throwing snow balls when he opened the window and waved at him.

Monique smiled. "this!", she called and throw a snow ball at him getting him in the face. She started laughing and grabbed Justin's hand and ran off with him running her behind her laughing too.

Sam nodded slowly. "But I'm not leaving you," he protested. "Not after I just found you again."

Vivian smiled, and looked over at her. She laughed and stood back up, able to keep her balance on the snow.

Leanne got out, and grabbed the box. "Hang on!" She said, and brought it inside quickly ,setting it down inside the door. She ran back out then.

"Okay, now how to do this..." She mumbled. "We'll probably need at least another person to get it through the door and up straight inside....."

"Then we can't stay out here." She said, a small frown on her lips. "Your lips are already starting to turn purple." There was worry in her vocie.

Roza stood up, and skated toward them.

Patrick pulled out his cell phone. "I can get Darren."

"No!" Leanne said, perhaps a bit too quickly. "I mean, I'll just go get....Elianna...." She said slowly. "Hang on," She said, and turned and ran into the house. A few moments later a very confused looking Elianna was staring at the tree.

Vivian managed to make it onto the edge of the ice without falling. She laughed, and smiled at Roza. "You're amazing," She said, once she was close enough to hear her.

Sam frowned, and suddenly shivered; he really was cold.

"This is....unbelievable," He breathed, but he looked almost...happy.

Patrick laughed at the sight of her face. "It's a Y-" He coughed. "A Christmas tree."

"Thank you." Roza said softly.

Willow pulled back. "Sam, I can't stay here, Winney, and Warren can't know." She said suddenly.

"Then where will you go?" Sam asked quickly. He wouldn't lose her; not now. Not again.

Vivian smiled, and took a few steps with her skates on. She kept her balance this time.

Elianna smiled suddenly. She was a born vampire, but with her husband they did celebrate Christmas.

"Draven won't like this," She said. She grinned. "I'll help."

"I don't know." She said softly. "I don't know."

Roza grinned. "You're doing great."

Patrick nodded and put his phone away.
