Personality:
She has a fiery temper, and will get angry over the smallest things. She will sometimes let her anger blind her and get the better of her in battle, her almost fatal flaw. She has almost no sense of humor, or at least that’s the way it seems. She only seems to smile when she’s killing a vampire. She doesn’t seem to care about anything else and is extremely stubborn, and once she has her mind set on something, it’s very hard if not impossible to deter her from it. She makes snide comments often and uses sarcasm as a weapon, to shield herself from any real feelings she might be having. She’s encased herself in ice, so to speak, and it makes her that much better of a hunter.

She refuses to kill them if they’re not able to fight back; it take the ‘fun’ out of it, as she puts it, and besides that, it isn’t fair. She may not be the cleanest fighter out there but she’s no coward, either. She has no patience, and that’s another thing that usually gets her in trouble. She usually doesn’t think before she speaks, but she does think when she’s fighting.

Bio:
She grew up with an older brother who was her constant companion. She looked up to him more than anyone else and always wanted to be just like him. He was tough, the ‘bad boy’ of school, and 5 years older than her. Her mom died when she was still a baby, so her entire life she didn’t have another girl to talk to, to spend time with, so she was a tomboy from the time she was little.

Her father was always working, so she always followed her older brother around. She became more and more like him everyday, though weather that was good or bad is debatable. He got into drugs and alcohol when he turned 15, while she was only 10. She wasn’t sure what to do, but turned out, it didn’t matter. One night, when she was almost asleep, she heard someone downstairs. She rubbed her tired eyes and made her way out of bed and down the stairs, only to see a strange man she’d never seen before by the door. He smiled at her, and his teeth were sharper than anything she’d ever seen before. She screamed, and her brother and father came rushing down. The man…bit them. Kit watched until they were nothing more than piles on the floor, and then she ran. She wasn’t sure how she got away from the man, only that she did. And when she stopped running she went to the police. They didn’t believe her story, and she was sent to live with her aunt and uncle on her dad’s side.

Almost immediately, she knew they didn’t like her. They didn’t believe her story, and when she didn’t drop it, they got angry. She withdrew into herself and began to retaliate, becoming a rebellious child. She was passed from home to home, since none of them could ‘control her’, in their words. This went on for years, and every year she grew more and more angry, more frustrated that no one would believe her stories. She began to do more research on vampires, believing that to be what had killed her family, but nothing she found was useful. She spent most of her time researching vampires, and training. She was always working out or exercising, determined to be in the best shape she could be in case she saw one of them again. Soon she realized that it was easy to find them; that that man wasn’t the only one. The next one she saw was when it was night, and she was coming home from another run to the local club. He stopped her, and she saw his teeth, knew who he was. She killed him right there with the pocketknife her older brother had given her years ago for protection, and then set his body on fire, the way she’d always read was the only way to kill them. She wasn’t sure if it was true or not, but either way, she knew he wasn’t coming back.

After that she went out all the time, her only goal to find more of them. And she did. Some targeted her for a meal, others she found herself. Still, no one would believe her story. She had long since given up trying to make them believe her, and every relative she was passed onto was told of all her faults, all the things she’d done. She became more and more like her brother, and all his faults. She got into fights, she wouldn’t listen to anyone, and she drank her way into peace when it wouldn’t come any other way.

More than anything else, she was always trying to find the one who had killed her family. And even when she couldn’t find him, she would settle to kill any other ones she could. But he was the one she wanted dead most of all; she didn’t know how to find him, though, and that frustrated her the most. She knew what he looked like; she could never forget his face, and she followed every lead she got, though they always seemed to be nothing more than dead ends.

When she turned 17 she was sent to live with her grandmother, who was close to senile, in a town she’d never heard of before. Just like all the others, it was filled with vampires, but not the one she wanted. She lost track of how many she had killed before she was sure she saw him. She only caught a glimpse of him, but she followed him until she saw the place he went into; it looked almost like a safe house, and it was filled with leeches. She knew, somehow, that it was him. That was two days ago. Strangely, she didn’t care if she was killed while she was going after him, as long as she took him and maybe a few others down with her.

Other:
She has her hair cut into a short bob, and always has a black cap on over it. She’s often mistaken for a boy unless they’re close to her, because of this and the fact that she wears baggy clothes.
